TCI on guard for sub-tropical depression The TCI on guard for sub-tropical depression which should bring possible localized flooding
Earlier, the BBC Caribbean reported that the Turks
and Caicos Islands should be bracing for a lashing from a sub-tropical depression that is gaining strength and which is expected to become a tropical storm within 24 hours.
But earlier on Wednesday, it was the turn of the Virgin Islands to receive a drenching from that weather system, which also brought flooding and disrupted normal life.
